Please read these terms carefully before using Kanelijo. By using our platform, you agree to be bound by the following rules.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kanelijo ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Kanelijo.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
One person may only maintain one account. Duplicate accounts may be removed.
By registering, you confirm you are legally allowed to enter into binding agreements.

You must be the legal owner or authorized representative of any property you list.
All listing information (photos, rent, description, location) must be accurate and up-to-date.
You must not list a property that is already occupied without reflecting its current status.
Fake, misleading, or fraudulent listings will result in immediate account suspension.
You are responsible for ensuring listed rooms meet basic habitability and safety standards.
Kanelijo reserves the right to remove any listing at our discretion.

Contact information provided by Kanelijo (owner phone numbers) must only be used for legitimate room inquiries.
Harassment, spam, or misuse of contact information is strictly prohibited.
Booking requests must be genuine; false inquiries harm our community of owners.
Once a room is booked or rented, any disputes between students and owners are the responsibility of the parties involved. Kanelijo facilitates connections only and is not a party to any rental agreement.

Kanelijo does not process or facilitate any payments between owners and students.
All rental payments are made directly between the student and the room owner.
Kanelijo is not responsible for any financial disputes, losses, or failed transactions.
We strongly recommend verifying a property in person before making any payment.

Using Kanelijo for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable local laws.
Posting content that is abusive, offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory.
Attempting to hack, scrape, or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure.
Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation.
Circumventing our systems to contact users outside the Platform in an unsolicited manner.

All content on Kanelijo (logos, design, code, text) is owned by Kanelijo and protected by copyright.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
By uploading photos or content to Kanelijo, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and use that content on the Platform.

Kanelijo is a listing and discovery platform. We do not verify the accuracy of every listing.
We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including rental disputes, property misrepresentation, or personal safety issues.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Our maximum liability to you for any claim is limited to ₹1,000 (one thousand rupees).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at kannelijo@gmail.com.
Upon termination, your listings and data will be removed from public view.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sehore, Madhya Pradesh.
