Free Starter Listings
We empower local property owners by allowing them to list their first 2 rooms absolutely freely. You deal with them directly.
No fake listings
We manually review flagged listings. Any room reported as misleading, unavailable, or fraudulent is removed quickly.
Your phone number stays private
Until you choose to contact an owner, your contact details are never visible to them. You initiate every conversation.
Student-first design
Every feature is built with the student in mind — not the advertiser. You are the most important person on this platform.
Community Rules
For room seekers
Always visit the room in person before paying any deposit. Never transfer money to an owner before seeing the property. Report suspicious listings immediately.
For room owners
List only properties you legally own or manage. Prices shown must match actual rent. Uploading fake photos or wrong locations will result in permanent ban.
What gets you banned
Fake listings, harassment of other users, asking for payment before room visits, sharing another user's private contact details without consent.
How to report
Every listing has a "Report" button. Use it. Our team reviews every report within 24 hours and takes action the same day for serious violations.
