• Kanelijo provides specialized software-as-a-service (SaaS) utilities exclusively for the real estate and student community strictly via our website platform.
• As our services are entirely digital and internet-based, we do not ship any physical goods or deliver physical merchandise to your home, office, or listed properties.

Digital "Delivery" Timelines

• Contact Unlocking: Upon a successful payment transaction by a student to reveal an owner's contact, the digital delivery is instantaneous. The obscured phone number will be immediately displayed on the exact same page.
• Host Packages: Upon successful payment by a Room Owner to purchase a premium listing package, credits are instantly added to their Kanelijo Dashboard account within 2 to 5 seconds of the transaction clearing our payment gateway.
